What’s Notable:
- Cash deals were 14% of the sales last month and continue to be higher than a normal market (7-9%) This is reflective of more investors in the market, and makes me ask, what do they believe about real estate prices?
- The inventory is shrinking, which is usual for this time of year, but has been decreasing throughout the entire year. Normal market forces of supply and demand will contribute to a more stable market.
- Month-over-month prices are increasing, albeit slightly, even though they are down from last year at the same time. More evidence of stabilization.
