During September's First Saturday in downtown Frederick Md, these live mannequins were doing a great job in the window of the Frederick Arts Council on Market Street.
The 5th Annual Frederick Fashion Week is in September. Organized by the Frederick Arts Council, the event celebrates fashion as art. The event includes fashion shows featuring local boutiques & salons, and independent fashion designers, as well as a Gallery Exhibit emphasizing “Fashion as Art”, and many other special events.
